Shakira Launches New Single Loba/She Wolf on the Airwaves

Shakira's long awaited 8th new album title (not counting DVDs) will be released this October and Midtown Chic-a couldn't be more excited!!! We've been a fan of Shaki since 1995 and each of her songs holds a very special meaning/memory for us.

It's been a few years since the Latin Pop/Rock Princess has released a new album, but we know she takes her time to come up with the best. Insiders say she's teamed up with Calle 13, John Hill (Santigold), Wyclef and Red One (Lady GaGa) for this latest album so there are bound to be a nice array of sounds and beats. The first single off the mainly English album is call She Wolf and the Spanish version of that song Loba is already being played on some of the Miami stations. The English version of the song will be released on July 13. What's the best part? With a new album, hopefully will come a new world tour so be on the lookout for a Shakira concert in 2010!
