Girls Get Glammed for Chevy Oscar Party!

You know, I’ve said it time and time again, but I love what I do. I’m very lucky that my “day” job allows me to be creative and fun and partner with amazing blogger friends in the community. So, last month in honor of Hollywood’s biggest night, we gathered some of Miami’s top fashion bloggers to attend a “Chevy Oscar Party” where they were treated like a star for the day. What is a Chevy Oscar Party you might ask? Well, it’s basically a Oscar “watch” party where girls can gather, gossip, get glammed and get driven around town in cool cars.

We started off at Tropical Chevrolet where the ladies were then whisked away in Chevy vehicles to Blo Blow Dry Bar in Midtown and then treated to a dry hair styling session and new splash of nail polish by Nail Bar and Beauty Lounge.

Let’s just say up-dos, braids and neon colors are all the craze right now!

From there, the bloggers were taken to another venue (mi casa) where they received the “red carpet” treatment and enjoyed hors d’ oeuvres while they watched the Live Oscar Red Carpet coverage and connected with fans using the #ChevyOscarParty hashtag.
